  29. The Servile Software membership database is a simple to use system for 
  30. recording and analysing club and society membership details. Very little 
  31. setting up is required, you should be up and running in just a few minutes.
  32.  
  33. The database offers a range of facilities which are selected from displayed 
  34. lists, called "menus".

  65. Menu facilities are selected by pressing the return key when the desired 
  66. facility is highlighted. The highlight bar is moved by pressing the cursor up 
  67. arrow and cursor down arrow keys.

  69. Operation of the database is quite straight forward, and you will probably 
  70. only need to refer to this documentation occassionaly.

  73.                                MEMBERSHIP TYPES

  75. Before you can enter any membership details, you must record details of the 
  76. different types of membership your club or society offers. This is done 
  77. through the "Membership Types" facility.

  106.                               MEMBERSHIP DETAILS

  109. Membership details are recorded through the "Membership Details" facility.
  110. When you enter a block of NEW members, the membership fees charged are 
  111. remembered by the system. Upon leaving this facility a reminder of the total 
  112. monies taken, for this session is displayed. This figure only reflects the 
  113. most recent batch of membership details entered.

  115. Various function keys are active in this facility.

  117. Pressing F2 displays the next member's details.
  118. Pressing F3 displays the previous member's details
  119. Pressing F4 alows amendment of the displayed member's details
  120. Pressing F5 allows a new member's details to be added
  121. Pressing F6 allows a search to be made for a member
  122. Pressing F7 continues the last search
  123. Pressing ESC passes you back to the menu.
